Taylor is a strategic leadership consultant, executive coach, and higher education expert with over 20 years of experience across academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and corporate sectors. As the founder of Taylor Strategic Consulting, she specializes in leadership development, organizational strategy, and executive advisory services, helping individuals and institutions thrive through intentional growth and aligned action.
